FAQs

You have questions?

We have answers to all of them.

No, unfortunately repairs are so difficult to warranty that we do not feel comfortable quoting people for them.

Do you do repairs?

We're proudly serving the DMV area in Maryland, DC, and Virginia! Request an estimate to see if we have contractors in your area.

What areas are you serving?

Very! So much so that when you select the one that best fits what you're looking for, we'll send you a contract between you and the installer. Generally, the only cost not accounted for would be any wood replacement that is absolutely required by the manufacturer. Your installer would notify you of this, and pricing per linear foot/square foot is noted in the contract.

How accurate are the estimates?

A common misconception is that roofing companies provide warranties of their own. Almost always, the warranties you receive are provided and backed by the manufacturer or the materials themselves. Each state has their own requirements for labor warranties from installers, so you are protected by that as well. The manufacturer is providing the warranties, not the roofing company.

How does the warranty work?

Pricing changes. Material prices are constantly changing and demand levels fluctuate. Very simply, it allows us to provide hyper-accurate, up-to-date pricing from the installers.

Why are the estimates only good for 30 days?

Our service is free. As far as the cost for your project, it entirely depends on the size, pitch, and complexity. So, once we have the measurements, you will get multiple prices directly from us to your inbox with the prices from different installers. Couldn't be easier.

How much does it cost?

No, we just need to be able to measure virtually with satellites. So as long as your roof isnt too blocked by trees or aluminum foil, then we should be able to measure.

Do I have to be home when someone comes to measure?
